- Communication data: Messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form.
- Usage data: Standard technical data such as browser type, device, IP address, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website.

- To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
- To process your course enrolment and provide access to Penterra Forge.
- To send you course-related communications, updates, and Q&A session reminders.
- To process payments through Razorpay.

- Vercel: hosts our website.
- Supabase: stores student account and course progress data.
- Bunny.net: delivers course video content.
- Anthropic (Claude API): powers the AI Q&A chatbot within Penterra Forge.
Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We select partners who maintain appropriate data protection standards.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Course account data is retained for the duration of your enrolment and for up to 2 years thereafter. Contact enquiry data is retained for up to 1 year.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable Indian law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request erasure of your data, subject to legal obligations.
