  • Payment information: Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. Razorpay may collect and process payment data under their own privacy policy.
  • Course account data: When you enrol in Penterra Forge, we collect your name, email, enrolment tier, and course progress.
  • Communication data: Messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form.
  • Usage data: Standard technical data such as browser type, device, IP address, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To process your course enrolment and provide access to Penterra Forge.
  • To send you course-related communications, updates, and Q&A session reminders.
  • To process payments through Razorpay.
  • To improve our website and course content based on usage patterns.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

  • Formspree: processes contact form submissions.
  • Razorpay: processes payments. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel: hosts our website.
  • Supabase: stores student account and course progress data.
  • Bunny.net: delivers course video content.
  • Anthropic (Claude API): powers the AI Q&A chatbot within Penterra Forge.

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We select partners who maintain appropriate data protection standards.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Course account data is retained for the duration of your enrolment and for up to 2 years thereafter. Contact enquiry data is retained for up to 1 year.

6. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable Indian law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data, subject to legal obligations.
  • Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis.
  • Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (see Section 8).
