Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Penterra Analytics Private Limited, including enrolments in Penterra Forge and software services provided through Penterra Lab. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
1. Penterra Forge: Course Enrolments
1.1 General Policy
Penterra Forge is a digital product. Upon enrolment, you are granted immediate access to course videos, materials, and the AI Q&A assistant. Because access to digital content is granted at the point of purchase, refunds are not available once course access has been activated.
1.2 Seven-Day Cooling-Off Period
As an exception to the above, if you enrol in Penterra Forge and have not accessed any course module (video or materials), you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. Once any module has been accessed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
To request a cooling-off refund, email us at agentic@penterra.in within 7 days of purchase with the subject line "Refund Request: [Your Name]" and include your order confirmation. We will verify access logs and process eligible refunds within 7 business days.
1.3 Technical Access Failure
If you are unable to access the course platform due to a technical failure on our end and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days of your report, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of whether content has been accessed. This does not apply to issues caused by your own hardware, internet connection, or operating system.
1.4 Tier Upgrades
If you wish to upgrade from Foundation to Builder or Pro, you may do so at any time by paying the difference in price. Downgrades and partial refunds for tier changes are not available.
2. Penterra Lab: Software Services
2.1 Project Deposits
Software projects require a deposit (typically 50% of the agreed project value) before work commences. This deposit is non-refundable once development has begun, as it covers discovery, planning, and initial build costs.
2.2 Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel a software project before any development work has started, your deposit will be refunded in full within 7 business days. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to agentic@penterra.in.
2.3 Cancellation After Work Begins
If you cancel after development has commenced, Penterra will invoice for work completed to date at the agreed daily or milestone rate. Any amount paid in excess of the work completed will be refunded. No refund will be issued if work completed equals or exceeds the amount paid.
2.4 Disputes on Deliverables
If you believe a delivered project does not meet the agreed scope, raise the issue within 14 days of delivery by emailing agentic@penterra.in. We will review the scope document and work to resolve the dispute within 10 business days. Penterra commits to fair resolution and will make reasonable corrections at no additional charge where the scope was not met.
3. How to Raise a Refund Request
- Email agentic@penterra.in with the subject line "Refund Request: [Your Name]".
- Include your order ID or payment confirmation and a brief description of your request.
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval. Razorpay refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
