Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Penterra website (penterra.in) and the Penterra Forge course platform, operated by Penterra Analytics Private Limited ("Penterra", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Penterra provides two categories of services:

  • Penterra Forge: A self-paced digital course platform offering video modules, AI-assisted learning tools, and live Q&A support for non-technical professionals learning to build with AI.
  • Penterra Lab: Custom AI software development services for small and medium businesses, including websites, chatbots, booking systems, and business automation tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Course Enrolment and Access

  • Access to Penterra Forge is granted upon receipt of confirmed payment.
  • Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  • You may not share your login credentials, screen-record course videos for distribution, or reproduce course materials without written permission.
  • We reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are violated, without refund.
  • Penterra Forge course content, including videos, handbooks, and materials, is provided for personal educational use only.

5. Payments

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Penterra does not store card or banking details.
  • For early access purchases made via bank transfer or UPI (prior to Razorpay integration), payment confirmation must be shared with us on WhatsApp or email before access is granted.
  • Penterra reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within Penterra Forge (including course videos, handbooks, module materials, AI prompts, brand assets, and software) is the exclusive intellectual property of Penterra Analytics Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access course content for personal learning purposes only.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Penterra Forge teaches practical skills using AI tools. While we design our courses to produce real, usable outcomes, we do not guarantee any specific result, employment outcome, or return on investment. Results depend on the effort, time, and prior context of each individual student.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our platform to build or distribute harmful, illegal, or deceptive tools.
  • Resell, sublicence, or redistribute course materials in any form.
  • Circumvent security measures, access other students' accounts, or interfere with platform infrastructure.
  • Use the platform in violation of any applicable Indian law, including the IT Act 2000 and its amendments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Penterra Analytics Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or interruption of service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Third-Party Tools and Services

Penterra Forge teaches the use of third-party tools including Claude Code (Anthropic), GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, and others. These tools are governed by their own terms of service and pricing. Penterra is not responsible for changes to these tools, their availability, or any costs you incur in using them.

11. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. Where changes materially affect enrolled students, we will provide reasonable notice by email.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication before initiating formal proceedings. Write to us at agentic@penterra.in.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify enrolled students of material changes by email.
